CALL FOR REGISTRATION!  NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Learn beginner fundamentals, proper technique and strokes from the skilled professionals of Dick Waterfall Tennis. Lessons are designed for beginner through intermediate skilled players. Participants will be grouped by age and/or skill level.Equipment will not be provided.  Children ages 5-8 should have a 21 inch racquet.Children ages 8-12 should have a 23 inch racquet.Please note that this is a 4-day program that runs Monday through Thursday, with Friday serving as a potential make-up date in case of rain.

Sam has worked for several years as an Inclusion Facilitator in the Medfield Public School System.  Campers partake in a daily activity rotation offering sports, art, music, drama, science & nature, group games and special all-camp events. Camp activities will be held at the Pfaff Center, Dale Street School’s fields and courts. Campers are grouped according to their age, grade and whether they are enrolled in a half or full day option.   Board of Health regulations requires each child to have an up to date health form on file. The form requires an up-to-date immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency. As was the case last year, all health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.campdoc.com. You will only need to complete the form once (should take about 5 minutes) and upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site. Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical. We ask that you do not drop off your child at camp any earlier than 8:50am (unless registered for Before Care), and please pickup your child by 1pm. 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Body Sculpt - Body Sculpting (Tue)
Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching.  This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women.  Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.  Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!

Join fellow table tennis players from Medfield and surrounding communities for some friendly competition.  This fun drop-in program is designed to provide competitive table tennis action for adults who want to improve their knowledge and skills of the game. The program follows U.S.T.T.A. and the International Table Tennis Federation rules. Please bring your own table tennis paddle and wear comfortable clothing; please no black soled shoes. The form requires an up-to-date immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency. As was the case last year, all health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.campdoc.com. You will only need to complete the form once (should take about 5 minutes) and upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site. Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical. We ask that you do not drop off your child at camp any earlier than 8:50am (unless registered for Before Care), and please pickup your child by 1pm. Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching.  This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women.  Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.  Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!

Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching.  This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women.  Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.  Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!

As was the case last year, all health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.campdoc.com. You will only need to complete the form once (should take about 5 minutes) and upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site. Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical. We ask that you do not drop off your child at camp any earlier than 8:50am (unless registered for Before Care), and please pickup your child by 1pm. CALL FOR REGISTRATION!  NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Learn beginner fundamentals, proper technique and strokes from the skilled professionals of Dick Waterfall Tennis. Lessons are designed for beginner through intermediate skilled players. Participants will be grouped by age and/or skill level.Equipment will not be provided.  Children ages 5-8 should have a 21 inch racquet.Children ages 8-12 should have a 23 inch racquet.Please note that this is a 4-day program that runs Monday through Thursday, with Friday serving as a potential make-up date in case of rain.

Body Sculpt is a combination of ballet-inspired exercises, isometrics, strength-training, and stretching.  This approach to exercise is not at all strenuous, but is incredibly effective at transforming the body - especially for women.  Participants will see and feel improvement in posture, thinner thighs, chiseled arms, a sculpted back, flatter abs, and a lifted "seat".Exercises can always be modified whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury, but can also be amplified if you're advanced or looking for more of a challenge.  Classes are led by instructor Jennifer Jaques who is a dancer, trained at the Boston Conservatory, and has been teaching at Universities and studios in Boston and the Metro West area for over 30 years!Classes are offered twice a week, You can take either class, or both!

Campers are grouped according to their age, grade and whether they are enrolled in a half or full day option.   Board of Health regulations requires each child to have an up to date health form on file. The form requires an up-to-date immunization record, physical and emergency contact information in the event of a medical emergency. As was the case last year, all health forms will be completed and stored in an online database through www.campdoc.com. You will only need to complete the form once (should take about 5 minutes) and upload your child's physical and immunization report to the site. Returning campers will only need to update their information in their profile including an up-to-date immunization and physical. We ask that you do not drop off your child at camp any earlier than 8:50am (unless registered for Before Care), and please pickup your child by 1pm. We do understand emergencies arise and ask that if you are running late to please call the office to alert us.EARLY DROP-OFF/BEFORE CARE - For those of you that may need extra coverage in the morning, we offer a before care option for all campers.  Before care drop-off is available any time after 8am and costs $10- pre registration is required for this service!Kids will need the following on a daily basis: full water bottle, snack, lunch This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public health and be licensed by the Medfield Board of Health.

Available for the Discovery, Adventure and Teen XTreme camps. Your child will be watched by our counselors and staff for an hour after the official camp day is over. Pickup will be at the Pfaff Center by 5pm.  **An additional $10 charge will be applied for any arrivals after 5:10pm.

Proof of residency is required to participate on the swim team. Medfield participates in the Summer Suburban Swim League.There will be a swim team orientation at the beginning of the season - date TBD @ Hinkley.Fee includes:     Dedham Pool Practices [Dedham Recreation, 1 Recreation Road, Dedham, MA] unless attendance deems otherwise     Hinkley Swim Pond Practices beginning June 18, 2018 - Monday through Friday 10-11AM OR 5-6PM {Practices at the pool will be until early July due to repairs and construction}     Swim Meets - Will be at the swim pond or at various locations on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5PM.     A & B Regionals - To be announced.      Mile Swim Event - To be announced.Fee does not include:           Swim Suits or Swim Caps (Orders will be due by TBD)
