The building may be rented Friday night through Sunday night for parties. • Summer Camp Information & Health Forms
  • The Parks and Recreation office will need to have an updated immunization and physical records on file before your child’s first day of camp, per Board of Health regulations. We also have a health records form to fill out in case of an emergency during camp. These only need to be filled out once no matter how many weeks of camp your child attends. This will apply to Discovery, Adventure, Teen Xtreme or any sports camps offered this summer.
