Who is this for: Young, old, novice, advanced, and anyone in between
How long is the class: 45 minutes
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8:45-9:30am); Tuesday and Thursday (4:00-4:45pm)
Cost: You are purchasing a 10-class or 20-class punch card that can be used for any of the above classes. You will check in at Reebok CrossFit Medfield at their front desk; once the 10/20 classes have been used, you can purchase another punch card!
Equipment Used: Rower, SkiErg, Bike, Running, Plate Push, Boxes, Medicine Ball, Ab-Mat, Jump Rope
Class Description: Using a variety of body weight exercises and cardio elements, this class focuses on constant movement for 45 minutes to help you burn fat and build lean muscle.
Class will be offered at Reebok CrossFit Medfield, 106 Adams St., and taught by the experienced and certified coaches on their staff.
** Note: Please email Kevin Ryder at kryder@medfield.net and let him know the FIRST class you will be attending.
** At the first class, you will need to fill out a waiver for Reebok CrossFit Medfield. On that first day, you will need to arrive approximately 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork before class starts.
