Want to make history? Join Medfield Parks & Recreation, thousands of kids and their families at aquatic facilities around the globe for The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™ on June 18, 2015. The event seeks to build awareness about the vital importance of teaching children to swim to help prevent drowning. Medfield Parks & Recreation will offer a FREE swim lesson at Hinkley Swim Pond (Sign-in opens at 9:30am). The lesson begins promptly at 10am and will be taught simultaneously with hundreds of other sites in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record. Meet the lifeguards and learn more about the various activities offered at Hinkley Swim Pond. Pre-registration is required.
