Sidewalk Runners

Run for it! This program guides participants in developing a positive attitude toward setting and accomplishing goals, learning proper form and enjoying the sport of running. Runners ‘set their own goals’ in a non-competitive environment that emphasizes how and when to stretch; pace setting; keeping a log/journal; warm-up and cool down; rest and recovery; and good nutritional habits.

  • Bring a water bottle.
  • Activity fee includes t-shirt.
  • Class will only be cancelled for very inclement weather.
