Come and explore the fun world of veggies! Each week we will discuss our special veggie of the week and prepare a fun healthy recipe. Most important rule of cooking class, "this is a cooking class not an eating class." All children must participate in the preparation of the food, but can choose to gobble it down with the group or save it for someone special.”
Have a picky eater? You’ll be surprised what they will try when they prepare their own food with their peers! Class time also includes stories, games and coloring. Parents will receive a menu describing what we will be “cooking up” during the session so that you can try some of the recipes at home.
